Morocco is divided into five wine regions. There are at least 3 popular vineyards near the imperial city of Meknes. These stunning vineyards located between the foothills of the Rif, the Middle Atlas mountains and between the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea.

This area has been known for producing wines for more than 2000 years at the times of the Roman Empire. It is considered the favorite part of the country and an exceptional site unrivalled for vineyards in Morocco.

These vineyards produce powerful, full-bodied and expressive wines. Departure in the morning hours from your hotel in Fez with your driver-guide. Upon arrival in Meknes, you will visit wine cellars, understand where and how they store and age the wine of the Celliers de Meknes winery and the Chateau Roslane to tour the cellars. The winery staff offers a wealth of local grape growing knowledge and experience with a discussion about the wines they produce.

Wine tasting session in the tasting room, chat with people behind the bar (often owners or winemakers) to share with you their crops, the wines and the passion for wine making. Picturesque and breathtaking views of the green vineyard fields and blue skies. To conclude the trip, we will enjoy a lovely lunch .

After that, you will return to your hotel with unforgettable experience.
