Tour description

Rich in history, this visit will allow you to appreciate the holy city of moroccans muslims, Moulay Idriss, the relic of the Roman city of Volubilis and the prestigious past of Meknes, the third imperial city in Morocco.

After the pick-up at your hotel or riad, we will go westward to Volubilis, the ancient roman city where the main archaeological remains of Morocco are located.

We will have free time to visit the zone during one or two hours in Volubilis, with the possibility of hiring a guide who speaks spanish.

After enjoying the amazing romans ruins, we will go to Mulay Idris, one of the main pilgrimage site in Morocco, which has a small population and can be visited in about an hour.

The third stop will be Meknes, the most modest city of the four imperial cities. In Meknes, we will have free time to have lunch, visit the most important places, enter into the souks and drink tea in a one of the coffee shops of the Square.

We will return to Fez about 6 pm, leaving you again in your hotel or riad.
